Legal Office providing consultations and representing Czech clients as well as foreign clients; apart from general legal advising we concentrate on commercial law, corporation law, industrial law, unfair competition law and bankruptcy law (for details please see Practice Areas). The office cooperates closely with authorized experts, notaries, patent agents as well as tax advisors.

We represent our clients in cases at all courts levels (courts of the first instance, courts of appeal, the Supreme Court of Czech Republic, the Supreme Administrative Court) as well as in arbitration proceedings. Further we provide complex representation of our clients in administrative proceedings (mainly Intellectual Property Offices, Land Offices, Office for the Protection of Competition, Trade Offices). Our office also represents at the Constitutional Court of Czech Republic and at the European Court of human Rights in Strasbourg.
